Step 3 After installing the Flashtool and downloading the firmware, copy your downloaded firmware which is in.ftf format on the Firmware folder on the installation folder of flashtool. It General Installation path is C:/Flashtool/Firmwares. Step 4 Now Run the Flashtool.exe, connect your device to the computer and see if your device is detected by the software or not. Make sure flashtool recognizes your device. Step 5 In Flashtool, click the lightening button on the top left, select whether you want to run Flashmode or Fastboot mode.
